Construction and use of flood cart

Subframe (chassis): It is made of standard cans and gutters in a balanced manner with reinforcing joints and standard brackets to connect to the engine and pump with bolts and nuts appropriate to the environmental conditions. The entire chassis assembly is sandblasted and galvanized by skilled personnel after welding and is finally coated in high-thickness black.

• Structure (cabin assembly): It is made of iron metal with a suitable color coating or stainless steel according to the vehicle's operating conditions.
• Sheet metal: The sheet metal is a combination of coated aluminum and iron, which is implemented in the body, roof and floor in a specific thickness according to tactical conditions, in a plain or ribbed manner.
• Diesel engine: The pump driving force is provided with different powers according to the specifications and pump power and its output is provided from the best brands in the world based on today's standards.
• Pump: From reputable European brands in the 3000 to 10000 liter class at low pressure, made of light and resistant alloy with high performance in order to obtain maximum torque and pump power, according to the customer's requirements.
• Electrical installations: Installation of an electrical box on the side and back of the cart and running it using a standard wiring harness, with a fuse box, relay, SMD and LED lights for lighting inside the canopy, canopy surround lighting, 220 volt 10 amp charger for charging the battery and traffic lights, and various gauges and ammeters.
• Other items: Placing a small amount of necessary equipment in the cart is carried out safely in accordance with the customers' wishes with the advice of Zharf Andishan Company engineers.

The application has a 1 year warranty and 10 years of after-sales service.
