A fire truck weighing over 18 tons is considered a heavy fire truck that is used to control large and heavy fires in municipal services, refineries, petrochemical centers, transportation and rail terminals with the ability to control the fire from a distance of 100 meters.
A variety of water and foam tank capacities, monitoring, a variety of automatic and manual piping, an electronic and manual network for guiding the pump set, a monitor equipped with remote control, and devices compatible with heavy fire trucks are some of the special features of this product.

This application can be implemented and manufactured on all types of cargo chassis over 18 tons available in the market. All colors, logos and signs are designed and implemented according to the customer's wishes. 

• - All design and implementation of this application is in accordance with NFPA standards and standard 11889. Applications are considered in all different parts.
• - Preliminary design is carried out using advanced engineering software SolidWorks and CATIA in all parts of the application through a completely engineering process, taking into account the analysis and stress of the application in all operating conditions on the vehicle and the type of application.
• - Subframe (auxiliary chassis): of the standard gutter type in harmony with rams and reinforcing connections and standard side straps that are prepared for connection to the chassis with bolts and nuts appropriate to environmental conditions. The entire auxiliary chassis assembly is sandblasted and galvanized by skilled personnel after welding and is finally coated in thick black paint.
• - Structure (cabin assembly): Consists of special aluminum sections with grade 6000 matte coating and in accordance with engineering drawings with special and strong bolt connections, implemented by the Glueing sheet metal working method, which can withstand the incoming loads. In this method, which is one of the world's modern technologies, no welding or riveting is used, and the body sheets are also glued with strong and special adhesives, so this method is several times stronger and lighter than steel bodies.
• - Sheet metal working: The sheets are entirely made of coated aluminum, which is implemented in the body, roof and floor in a specific thickness, plain or ribbed, according to the conditions.
• - Roller shutter: Made of premium coated aluminum around and behind with locking handle, rubber strips and dust collector, smooth and silent operation and has durable and replaceable steel springs.
• - Water tank: Design and manufacture of the tank from stainless steel, polycarbonate and fiberglass materials according to the employer's opinion, taking into account the capacity appropriate to the use and loading conditions of the vehicle and examining the loads of the car chassis, with all the features of a world-class standard tank can be provided.
• - Foam tank: In accordance with the specifications and material of the water tank, it is provided with variable capacity based on the NFPA1901 standard with all the features of a world-class standard tank.
• - Powder tank: From 150 to 250 kg capacity according to the applicants' opinion (Explanation: This section is used for industrial use).
• - Pump: From reputable European brands such as Ziegler Germany in the class of 5000 to 10000 liters at 10 bar, made of light and durable alloy with high performance in order to obtain maximum torque and pump power, in accordance with EN1028 & 1901 standards.
• - Prime system: Of advanced type with maximum suction depth in less than 1 minute automatically in accordance with EN1846 and NFPA 1901 suction height standards.

Foam mixing system: 1 to 9% in maximum pump flow rate, resistant to all types of corrosion caused by various types of fire-fighting foams, capable of automatic and manual operation.

• - Cardan: Of split shaft or PTO type, depending on the vehicle conditions, with a suitable cardan shaft angle and a fixed lock to reduce vibration and vibration noise. Cardan from reputable European or Turkish brands.
• - Monitor: From reputable European and American brands ELKHART BRASS, electric and manual for throwing water and foam in the form of fog and jet, throwing 100 meters of water and 90 meters of foam, with a joystick from the cabin and a remote control from the outside, water flow capacity in the class of 4000 to 7000 liters per minute in the above model and a capacity of 6000 to 7000 liters per minute with NFPA 414 or ICAO or DIN, EN standards.
• - Hose reel: From reputable European and Turkish brands, electric and manual with 40 meters of 1/5 inch high pressure hose, 40 bar.
• - Electrical installations: Installation and execution by standard automotive wiring harness, with fuse box, relay, SMD and LED lights for interior lighting, rotating light in front of the vehicle and installation of 100 watt amplifier and siren, two cabin lights with life-saving system, 220 volt 10 amp charger for charging the vehicle battery and disconnect switch and traffic lights.
• - Other items: All layouts and equipment used in the vehicle can be safely implemented with the advice of an expert from Zharf Andishan Company in accordance with the customers' demands from the best fittings and equipment in the world.
• - User has 1 year warranty and 10 years of after-sales service with the provision of a parts list and vehicle manual (all user except the vehicle chassis, which has its own warranty conditions from the dealership.)
